THE RISING is a full-day immersive experience where women come together to get complete with the past, find peace in the present, and dare to step into a future they actually love. Through adventure, play, meditation, healing, and ritual — you won't just hear about transformation. You'll live it.

🔥 Meditation & Stillness In the stillness, she speaks. Guided meditation and somatic practices will bring you home to your body — the place where your real answers live.

🔥 Healing Processes Deep, facilitated experiences designed to help you release what you've been carrying. The grief. The story. The version of yourself you've been too afraid to let go of. You put it down here.

🔥 Ritual & Ceremony Ritual marks the moment. It tells your nervous system — and your soul — that something real just happened. We close in ceremony, honoring the woman who walked in and the woman who is now rising.

🔥 Sisterhood & Community You will not do this alone. You will be surrounded by a room full of women who are done pretending, done performing, and ready to go all the way in — together.

This event is open to and designed for women who are born biologically female and have the soul assignment of female in this lifetime. We honor and respect all gender identities - we see you - we hear you - and we hope in the future to host events that are open to all gender expressions and identities.

Space is limited to 50 women, ages 16 and up.

After signing up, you will be emailed a short waiver to sign electronically. Your signature is required to attend this event.

What to Bring:

• An open heart

• A light lunch (snacks, coffee, tea and water will be available throughout the day.)

• A journal and pen

• Comfortable clothes for movement and ritual

• A small blanket or yoga mat (optional)
