Joelle Faucette, Founder
Trauma Alchemist
I’ve always known the power of community, transformation, and sacred connection—because I was raised inside it. As the daughter of one of the founding members of the SWET organization, personal growth was woven into the fabric of my childhood. I watched my father and his best friends build something deeply meaningful, and the seed of SOL Sisterhood was planted in me long before I even had the words for it.
My personal healing journey began in 2019, when I made the conscious decision to reconnect with myself and my body. In 2020, I began studying trauma alchemy and life coaching—and that’s when everything shifted. I knew in my bones that this work was my path. Since then, I’ve devoted my life to learning, practicing, and creating spaces for women to return to their wholeness.
In 2021, I received my somatic yoga and 200-hour yoga teacher certifications, followed by my Reiki Master/Teacher certification in 2022. In 2024, I founded mindbodySOL, my private healing and coaching practice, and in early 2025, I launched Becoming Her—a transformational program for women reclaiming their power, voice, and truth.
Now, with the creation of SOL Sisterhood, I’m living the vision that’s been on my heart since I was a young girl. This is more than a dream—it’s a calling. And I am beyond honored to walk this path with you.
Trish Coady, Founding Leader
Modern Medicine Woman
For nearly 30 years, I have been dedicated to helping clients both in person and remotely across the country and around the world. I began my journey by studying Usui Reiki, I quickly and naturall attained Reiki Master. Eager to expand my knowledge and skills, I later explored Integrated Energy Therapy (IET). I have used both these techniques and my intuitionto guide clients through various physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges that hinder their ability to find joy in life.
In 2021, I discovered Christoff Melchizedek's Neo-Shamanic school, and I have been studying with him and his talented team of healers ever since. This experience has not only deepened my understanding but has also facilitated profound healing within myself. With this expanded knowledge and set of techniques, I am better equipped to support my clients in reaching their highest healing potential.
By steadfastly following my inner guidance, I embody the strength and courage that comes from trusting one’s path. Through my journey, I aim to inspire others to recognize and embrace their own capacity to choose, heal, and move forward. I illuminate the truth that within every challenge lies a choice, a solution, and an opportunity for transformation.
Tiffany Synnestvedt, Founding Leader
Integrative Wellness Coach
Hi, I’m Tiffany Synnestvedt—a holistic coach, healer, bodyworker, and leader of women’s circles. For over 20 years, I’ve supported people on their journey to wellness through bodywork, energy healing, and personal growth. For more than 30 years, I’ve been a mother to eight beautiful children and a "momma" to many more—roles that have deeply shaped who I am. In September 2019, I became a certified Reiki Master Teacher, deepening my commitment to healing and transformation.
What’s my “why”?
I was raised by a mother struggling with heroin addiction, and trauma shaped much of my childhood and teen years. I witnessed my biological mother fight her way to sobriety, and through her journey, I discovered the profound importance of women’s circles and the life-giving force of powerful, “mother bear” energy. As a young teen, I made a promise to myself: I would dedicate my life to making a difference for women and children. That promise became the foundation of everything I do.
My work is a blend of intuitive massage, integrative Gestalt coaching, Reiki, and equine-assisted therapy. I specialize in supporting women navigating trauma, early addiction recovery, and major life transitions. I hold space for healing that honors the mind, body, and soul—because I believe true transformation must reach all three.
For six years, I coached in a premier leadership development program, guiding individuals into deeper self-awareness and helping them rise as strong, authentic leaders. My own practice continues to evolve, weaving together tools from coaching, spirituality, and somatic healing to meet each person with presence, care, and clarity.
My path became even more personal when my son suffered a traumatic brain injury. That experience reawakened my trust in something greater than myself. It brought deep humility—and a not-so-gentle reminder that we cannot walk this journey alone. I leaned on a powerful community of healers and drew from every tool I had—from traditional medicine to holistic therapies. That chapter transformed what I believed was possible in healing, both for my son and for myself. It changed how I show up—as a mother, a practitioner, and a human being.
Whether I’m working one-on-one, leading women’s circles, or offering energy work and spiritual guidance, my intention remains the same: to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered on your path.
This work isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. I’m here to walk beside you as you come home to yourself.
Barbara Kane, Founding Leader
I am extensively trained in grief support both through professional trainings and personal life experience. Over 10 years ago I was thrust into the world of fight or flight while helping my Husband through his battle with Stage 4 Brain Cancer while simultaneously raising a beautiful little boy who still very much needed to be a little kid.
After we lost him in 2014, both my Son and I were fortunate to be a part of several different support programs for grieving children. They helped us swim through the deep waves of grief and offered me so much comfort as I faced the challenges of becoming an only parent. Through this defining journey it has now become my calling to help families and young children navigate life after the loss of their loved ones by becoming a facilitator with a local bereavement organization.
The healing that I've found in these circles along with the gifts of reiki, yoga, meditation, writing, and the belly laughs of little ones has fueled my seeker's heart to where I stand today. I truly believe that ability to heal lives inside of all of us and that the pulling of your own heart is the greatest teacher you'll ever hope to encounter. I am so honored to be a part of this Sisterhood that has been designed to help you to allow yourself to let your true heart's center guide you to where I know you can land.
